Covid 19 Safety Protocol

  • When arriving at your appointment, contact your lash artist and wait at Salon Republic door. The lash artist will come to unlock the door and guide you to the lash studio.

  • All clients will be required to fill out a Covid-19 form and will get their temperature taken.

  • Please wear a mask that secures behind the ears.

  • Hands must be washed/sanitized upon arrival.

  • Our beds will NOT have blankets so if you get cold easily, we encourage you to wear comfortable clothes or bring your own blanket.

  • Additional guests will not be allowed to come to your appointment.

  • Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell, symptoms of covid-19, or have recently been travelling.

Scheduling

Appointments are required. I encourage you to schedule appointments well in advance, especially prior to major holidays. You may do so online, or by contacting us directly by phone or text message. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please inform us 48hrs before your scheduled appointment to avoid a $40 cancellation/rescheduling fee. If you do not notify us at all, (no-show), the service will be considered rendered and 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.  Should you arrive late for a scheduled appointment and time does not allow us to perform some or all of your treatment, the full amount of the service will be charged. Appointments made last minute, (less than 48 hours prior to service), are not exempt from this policy.

Late arrivals will limit the time of your service, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client’s appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply.

Appointments made last minute, (less then 48hrs prior to service), are not exempt from this policy.

Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies.

 

Age Restrictions / No Children / No Animals

We require clients to be 18 years of age for all services. Clients 16 and older may also receive services with guardian/parental consent.

For the safety of children and the comfort of clients, please refrain from bringing children and animals with you to your appointment. Unattended children and animals pose a safety and liability risk.

 

Service & Product Return Policy

All services are non-refundable. All service prices are final. Due to the sanitary nature of our products, all product sales are final.

Client Satisfaction

We take pride in our work and like to address all concerns promptly.

We must be notified within 3 business days of your appointment if there are any concerns with your lashes. After 3 business days, complimentary touch-up appointments are no longer available. Please reschedule within 3 days of your initial visit in order to receive a complimentary touchup. A standard 24-hour cancellation policy is applicable to touch-up appointments. If a touch-up appointment is a no-show or canceled within 24 hours, the client will no longer be eligible for a complimentary appointment and will have to pay for a fill as usual.
