Lash Extensions

How long will lash extensions last?

Eyelash extensions last the length of the natural growth cycle and can vary based on how fast an individual’s lashes grow as well as how a person takes care of them. Factors that can affect the extensions are makeup, natural shedding, natural oils, water exposure, sweat, how you sleep, if you pick them, and humidity. *Depending on your day to day routines, refills are required every 2-3 weeks.

Can I wear makeup with lash extensions?

Yes, lash extensions make your life easier and you may feel like wearing less makeup. Be aware that makeup with oils will affect retention, and should be removed correctly using micellar water and lash shampoo. *The only product to avoid is mascara, as it is extremely hard to remove and builds up around the extensions.

Do I have to avoid water?

No, you won’t have to worry about mascara running any longer. Excessive enjoyment of water activities may cause more “wear and tear” on lash extensions but does not need to be completely avoided. *Do not wet lashes for 24-48 hrs after service.

How do I care for my lashes?

Do not wet for 24-48hrs. Cleanse lashes with lash shampoo every 1-3 days to remove excess oil buildup and makeup. Pat dry, and brush lashes regularly. For excess makeup, removal can use micellar water with applicator swabs. Avoid heat and flames.

Lash Lift

Can I wear mascara with a lash lift?

Yes, 24hrs after the appointment. However, do not recommend waterproof mascara as it weakens the lift.

How long does lash lift curl last?

Up to 6-8 weeks.

How often can I get a lash lift?

Repeat service after 6 weeks, wait at least 6 weeks to avoid over-processing your lashes, and to maintain lash health.

Can I use an eyelash curler?

Eyelash curlers can break lashes, I don’t recommend it.

How to care for a lash lift?

The great thing about a lash lift is that it is low maintenance, however, a little extra care is required for the first 24-48hrs. Be gentle with your lashes, no rubbing. Avoid getting lashes wet, wearing any eye makeup, swimming, and other beauty treatments for the first 24hrs following your lash lift treatment. Avoid waterproof mascara.

How to prepare for service?

Please come to the appointment with clean, makeup-free eyes. You will need to avoid water after service for 24-48hrs, so we suggest coming with clean hair. If you can, please avoid caffeine prior to your appointment as it can make your eyes twitch during lash application. Lashes should not be permed or manually curled at the time of appointment.

Brow Lamination

Does brow lamination cause damage to brow hair?

Brow lamination does not cause any long term damage to the brow hair. The technique chemically treats the brow hairs, therefore it is normal for the brows to feel slightly dry post-procedure. Aftercare conditioning brow balm must be applied daily as it will lengthen the results and condition the brows. Brow lamination is a service that should only be performed by a trained and certified professional.

What is brow lamination?

Brow Lamination is the hottest new trend in eyebrows. This service creates the look of full, fluffy brows in one simple appointment by realigning the directional hair growth & enhancing the brow shape. The lamination effect lasts up to 4-8 weeks.

Should I wax my eyebrows before an appointment?

No, you do not want to wax, thread or tweeze for at least a week before your appointment.

How long does brow lamination last and can I tint my brows?

A brow lamination can last anywhere from 4-8 weeks, depending on your natural brow growth and your hair type. The fade-out is gradual, so you won’t be left with rogue wonky-looking brow hairs in between appointments. Brow tint can be done every 2 weeks between brow lamination appointments to keep brow color rich and vibrant.

Can anyone get eyebrow lamination?

A lot of people have brows that are sparse, that grow in all different directions, brows that are not flat to the face, short hairs, or unruly, coarse brows. Brow lamination can solve all of these types of brow issues including those who are trying to grow back over-tweezed brows as it can act as a “comb-over” for their arches.
